1. افتح تطبيق مسار.
2. من الرئيسية اضغط أيقونة الإعدادات ⚙️.
3. انزل إلى حذف الحساب نهائياً، ثم أكّد هويّتك بكلمة المرور أو بحساب جوجل.

يتم الحذف فوراً.

٢بدون التطبيق: أرسل لنا طلباً

إن لم يعد التطبيق على جهازك، راسلنا من البريد نفسه المسجّل في حسابك بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب»، وسنحذفه خلال ٣٠ يوماً على الأكثر، ونؤكّد لك بالبريد.

٣ما الذي يُحذف

• حسابك: الاسم، والبريد، والصف والشعبة، ونوع الحساب، والإعدادات.
• المحادثات، والإجابات المحفوظة، ونتائج الاختبارات، ومحادثات مساعد المنح.
• صورة الملف الشخصي، ورمز الإشعارات لجهازك.

ما قد يبقى

• عدّادات الاستخدام الإجمالية وتقارير الأعطال التقنية، مدةً محدودة لأغراض الأمان والصيانة.
• ما يُلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ به، إن وُجد.

1In the app (fastest)

1. Open the Masar app.
2. On the home screen, tap the Settings icon ⚙️.
3. Scroll to حذف الحساب نهائياً (Delete account permanently) and confirm with your password or Google account.

Deletion is immediate.

2Without the app: send us a request

If the app is no longer on your device, email us from the address registered on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will delete it within 30 days at most and confirm by email.

3What gets deleted

• Your account: name, email, grade and track, account type, and settings.
• Conversations, saved answers, quiz results, and scholarship-assistant chats.
• Your profile photo and your device's push token.

What may remain

• Aggregate usage counters and technical crash reports, for a limited period for security and maintenance.
• Anything we are legally required to keep, if applicable.
